"Share My Ideas", allows others to benefit from your creativity and knowledge. When you "opt-in" a list, you allow us to use your checklist data anonymously. The information is stored and, through statistical analysis, the individual list items may be used as a suggestion for our Public Checklists. For example, if you and a large number of other people create a shopping list, and each of you add the item "bread" to your list, then our Public Checklist may be altered to have "bread" listed in it.
You will have an opportunity to select any, or all, of your own checklists as a resource for crowdsourcing. If at some point you choose to remove a list from "opt-in" status, that list will no longer be considered. However, any items that the list may have influenced, will remain.
Suggestions generated from crowdsourcing will always be screened by a human for final review and personal information will never be disclosed or viewed by anyone, nor will any suggestion be connected to any one user.
